Our Vision
Our Vision
We envision a world where aging and chronically ill pets — and the people who love them — are supported with compassion, knowledge, and dignity.
Our mission is to empower you with tools and guidance to ensure the best possible quality of life, and the most compassionate quality of death, for your beloved companion.
We honor the unique journey of pet ownership by blending veterinary expertise with empathetic support, ensuring comfort, love, and respect when it matters most.
The Journey We Walk Together
The final chapter of a pet's life is a profound journey that often begins with signs of advanced age or chronic illness — from reduced mobility and chronic pain to subtle changes in daily habits. As their needs become more complex, navigating the path forward can feel overwhelming and unfamiliar.
We founded Elderise because we saw too many loving owners facing their pet's final chapter feeling unprepared and unsure of what to do next. As veterinary professionals, we knew there was a better way to support families during this time. Elderise bridges the gap between clinical vet visits and the day-to-day realities of geriatric and end-of-life care. We provide a unique blend of accessible medical insights, practical care strategies, and compassionate guidance for the difficult decisions you may face — empowering you to give your beloved companion the best possible care.
Our mission is to transform this stage from one defined by fear and doubt into one of peace, dignity, and cherished final moments. By equipping you with both expert knowledge and heartfelt support, we help you face the toughest questions with clarity and compassion. We believe every pet deserves a gentle and dignified farewell, and every owner deserves to feel confident and supported in providing that gift. With Elderise, you’re not just a caregiver — you’re an empowered advocate for your pet, every step of the way.
Our Services
Virtual Consultations
Quality of Life Guidance – 50-minute video call $125
A guided, veterinary-led conversation where we walk through the step-by-step framework I use to assess quality of life. Along the way, I explain how different conditions affect your pet’s well-being, and what those signs may mean. You’ll gain practical knowledge you can use to recognize changes at home and respond with confidence. Together, we’ll consider your pet’s condition and your family’s circumstances, and explore realistic ways to improve comfort, strengthen daily routines, and support your pet’s evolving needs.
Decision Support – 50-minute video call $125
A supportive, collaborative conversation to help you navigate the challenges of end-of-life decision-making. I serve as a sounding board as you share your beliefs, priorities, hopes and concerns. Together, we’ll work through the conflicting thoughts and emotions that naturally arise, while I provide veterinary insight into end-of-life care. The goal is to help you feel prepared and confident in making the decisions that are best for your pet and your family.
Please note: Virtual consultations are not medical examinations. I cannot provide prescriptions, refills, diagnoses, or medical therapy recommendations. These sessions are designed to offer education, guidance, and support, and are available to families anywhere — consultations are conducted in English.
At-home Services
At home Euthanasia - Partnered with CodaPet From $350
Gentle, in-home euthanasia for families who want their pet’s final moments to be surrounded by love. Being at home allows your pet to remain in a familiar, comfortable space, close to those who matter most.
If you are unsure about timing or decision-making, we recommend beginning with a Virtual Consultation. Should you decide that euthanasia is the right choice, we will guide you in arranging an in-home visit with the appropriate veterinary support.
